Reading...again

One thing that you will find out is that how pathetic this blog interms of updates. As you can see i'm writing entry for last Saturday readings at Tempinis, Bangsar. And you can read the entry about LAST MONTH reading separated only by one shitty poem below.

Arrive rather late because of downpour and one idiot (read: my driver - bart) who takes wrong turn at Sungai Besi Highway. Patricia Sykes already on her second half. So i never able to really understand what she trying to say. Next is Amir Hafizi which his blog is one of my daily click (except Saturday and Sunday and also the day when internet dies, and ohh, the day when i find reading other people's blog is uncool, and the day when i'm too busy with work, and the day i forgot to click his link and the day that i'm too busy with other stuff). He read piece about his father. Followed by the cutest girl in the room, (yes i will die for this remarks) Joy Teh. She read an excerpt from her screenplay. My personal favourite of the day, it means her stuff, her piece, her writing...

After the break, Faridah Manaf stepped upfront for her poem about muslim woman. Then Xeus (Lynette Kwan), which i being told that her book has been banned by Singapore Library (correct me if i'm wrong). And lastly is Aneeta Sundaraj, the remaining trio from Snapshots! reads an interesting short story from her book.

See a few familiar faces like Roy, Chee, Ted, KG. Unfortunately Jit Murat who suppose to read there cannot make it as he stuck somewhere in KL.

Here are some of the 'award winning' pictures taken by Bart.
